As part of my mission for giving cats a voice we, their guardians, need to learn how to listen. 

And how can we listen to our beloved cats if we aren’t able to, or capable of listening to ourselves. 

After years of navigating mental health challenges and battling anxiety whilst also trying to do the best for my cats I have created The Soul Space as a safe, online community that people can go to discuss two of my favourite things: Cats and spirituality. 

Shared Spirituality and Feline Connection:

In The Soul Space the members are not just guardians of cats, but also spiritual beings who recognize the deep, soulful connection between themselves and their feline companions. Cats are often seen as intuitive, independent creatures, and many spiritual traditions view them as protectors, healers, or even guides.

Sacred Bond Between Humans and Cats:

This community honours the sacred bond between humans and cats. Many spiritual practices recognise the role of animals in our lives, not just as pets, but as guides or teachers. The Soul Space is a safe, online community where we share stories and experiences where your cat’s presence has been a source of comfort, wisdom, or divine guidance.

Energy Work and Healing:

Cats are known for their ability to sense energies and may even participate in healing practices with their guardians. In our community spiritual cat guardians share how their energy work has impacted their cats, learn about how to take this connection even deeper and enhance their own spiritual growth along the way.  

Soulful Conversations and Support:

In the group we share experiences, insights, and challenges of living as a cat guardian while also being on a spiritual path. Conversations range from the mystical qualities of cats, to how they help in our spiritual awakening, to practical tips on fostering a deeper bond with them.

Community Practices:

We have regular, live calls to discuss, share and enjoy group meditations, topics to help our spiritual side grow and evolve, along with the chance to seek support from others in the community. 

Learning and Growth:

The Soul Space is a community of like minded, cat loving, spiritually curious individuals who want to come together to grow, evolve and elevate. We talk about topics such as (but not limited to) cats and energy, meditation, anxiety support, spiritual practices and how our emotions and energy intertwine with our feline friends.

Above all, this community is a safe, non-judgemental space for those who understand the deep, soulful connection between humans and cats. Whether you’re a long-time cat guardian or someone who is new to this spiritual journey with your feline friend, it’s a place to feel supported, encouraged, and empowered.

Our community combines both the wisdom of spiritual practices and the magic that cats bring into our lives. It is a place to celebrate their mysterious and powerful presence in our spiritual journeys, and to connect with other like-minded guardians who understand the beauty of having a cat as a spiritual companion.

Why is The Soul Space free? Because I want to put something good out into the world. When I was in the darkest depths of my anxiety, trying to navigate my spiritual awakening and deal with my boys day to day, I wish I had a place like this that I could have found comfort, support and help. 

So I want to offer that to others, to make the world a better place.
