Frequencies are sent Monday to Friday, with a combination of intuitive program selection, resonance scans and balancing frequencies, guided by what is needed throughout the experience rather than a fixed approach.

You’ll receive insight into the programs being used and space to share anything that’s been coming up, so the support can be adjusted in real time.

Direct WhatsApp support is included for the full two weeks (Monday to Friday), giving you ongoing guidance, reflection and connection as the frequencies are being sent.
